Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Free Shipping is available on every order with no minimum spend. Faster paid options are available at checkout: Standard Shipping at $19.99 and Express Shipping at $45.99.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 7–14 business days with Free Shipping, 3–5 business days with Standard, and 1–2 business days with Express.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We don't ship internationally yet.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate. If it hasn't updated after 5 business days, email us and we'll investigate.
Part of my order arrived but not all of it. Where's the rest?
Orders with multiple items are often dispatched in separate parcels and arrive on different days. This is normal and nothing is missing. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't got it.
Check with household members and neighbours, and look anywhere the carrier might have left it. If it hasn't turned up within 48 hours, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the address can't be changed.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes for Free and Standard Shipping. Express Shipping can't be delivered to PO Boxes.
Orders & Payment
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, at any point before it's dispatched — email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under our Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. All prices are in US dollars.
Is sales tax included in the price?
Prices are shown excluding sales tax. Applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
I didn't get an order confirmation email.
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it's not there, email us with the name and address you used at checkout and we'll confirm whether the order went through.
Returns & Refunds
What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@deskox.store with your order number and which items you're returning. We'll send you the correct return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — parcels sent to our business address without approval will be lost.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover it. If you've simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 days to show it.
My item arrived damaged.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of both the item and its packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different finish or size?
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order for the one you want it's faster than an exchange would be.
